Free Version
The free version of Prime SEO is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Plugin in accordance with the GPL license terms.
PRO Version
Prime SEO PRO is a premium extension that includes additional features (AI Generator, Bulk Generator, AI Content Score, Video Sitemap). The PRO license grants you the right to use the PRO features on the number of sites specified by your subscription plan. The PRO codebase includes GPL-licensed components and proprietary API integrations.
3. Use of the Plugin
You may use Prime SEO for any lawful purpose on any WordPress website you own or have authorization to manage. You agree not to:
- Use the Plugin to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the PRO license validation
- Redistribute PRO features outside the terms of your license
- Use the Plugin in a way that could harm or overload third-party services (IndexNow, OpenAI)
4. PRO Subscription
- Pricing: PRO is available at $59 per year per site
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually through Freemius
- Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius account. You will retain access to PRO features until the end of your billing period
- Updates & Support: Active subscribers receive all PRO updates and priority support
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for PRO subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the PRO version, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion.

The "Prime SEO" name, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of the Prime SEO team. The Plugin source code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Third-party libraries included in the Plugin retain their original licenses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
