Bulk AI Generation PRO

Overview

The Bulk AI Generator lets you generate SEO metadata for many posts at once, rather than editing each one individually. Instead of opening every post, crafting a title, and writing a meta description by hand, the Bulk Generator uses AI to do it all in a single batch operation.

This is perfect for large sites with hundreds or thousands of posts that need SEO titles and meta descriptions. Whether you're launching a new site, migrating from a plugin that didn't have AI capabilities, or simply catching up on SEO optimization, the Bulk Generator saves hours of manual work.

Accessing Bulk Generator

Navigate to Prime SEO → AI Bulk Generator in your WordPress admin panel. The page displays a statistics dashboard for each post type, showing you at a glance:

• Total posts — how many posts exist for each post type
• With SEO Title — posts that already have a custom SEO title
• With Meta Description — posts that already have a meta description
• Missing Both — posts that have neither title nor description

This overview helps you understand the scope of work before starting any generation.

Selecting Posts

You can select which posts to process in several ways:

• By post type — process all posts, pages, or any registered custom post type (products, portfolios, etc.)
• Filter by status — narrow down to only posts missing titles, missing descriptions, or missing both
• Individual selection — pick specific posts from the list using checkboxes

Running Bulk Generation

Once you've selected your posts, running the generation is straightforward:

Each post gets an AI-generated SEO Title and Meta Description based on its content. The AI analyzes the post title, body content, and existing metadata to craft optimized, unique descriptions.

Progress & Results

During generation, you see a detailed progress interface:

• Progress bar — visual indicator with percentage complete
• Current post — the name of the post being processed right now
• Success/error status — green checkmark for success, red indicator for errors
• Real-time log — scrollable list of all completed items with their generated titles and descriptions

The process is safe to stop at any time — simply click the Stop button. All posts that were already processed keep their generated metadata. You can resume later by filtering for posts that still need optimization.

Undo Feature

Made a mistake or unhappy with the AI-generated content? Every bulk generation can be undone:

• Click the Undo button next to any processed post in the results log
• The original title and description are instantly restored
• Works even after navigating away and coming back to the page

The Bulk Generator saves the original metadata before overwriting anything, so you can always revert individual posts to their previous state.

Cost Estimation

Each post uses approximately one OpenAI API call. The table below provides estimated costs based on GPT-4o-mini pricing:
